Internship in Corporate Tax

We are currently looking for interns who are passionate about corporate tax and are keen to learn more about it. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the corporate tax team and will collaborate with senior members of this team in one of our offices : Brussels or Ghent.

Your tasks:

• Assist national and international clients in meeting tax compliance and reporting demands;
• Prepare corporate income tax returns and compute income tax provisions;
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation;
• Have direct customer contact and manage assigned client files;
• Prepare tax opinions on various tax areas.
• Assist in due diligence work for corporate acquisitions.

Your profile:

• Master student in law, (Applied) Economics, or Postgraduate in Tax;
• Excellent knowledge and communication skills in French (or Dutch) and English, both written and spoken;
• Client-focused with a hands-on attitude;
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills;
• Ability to solve complex problems in a pragmatic and qualitative way;
• Eager to learn and a good team player.
