At Forvis Mazars, we’re looking for a proactive and organized Junior HC Support Officer to join our Human Capital team.

In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Experience. You’ll be a key player in helping us attract young top talent, ensure seamless onboarding and support impactful learning initiatives for our people.

What you’ll be involved in:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Help us attract and welcome the best talent to Forvis Mazars:

  • Support the full administrative process for internships and student jobs, from recruitment through onboarding
  • Coordinate with universities to ensure timely completion of internship agreements and required documentation
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Officers with tasks like scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates and university contacts
  • Follow up on special cases (extensions, early departures, etc.) with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Once a contract is signed, collect all required documents and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding

Learning & Development Support

Contribute to meaningful learning experiences for our teams:

  • Provide admin support for training sessions, including scheduling, logistics and follow-up
  • Join L&D meetings to help track open items and action points
  • Prepare monthly reports to keep leadership informed on training activity

Overall HR & People Support

Be a key support in maintaining an efficient and people-focused HR function:

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Keep employee data up to date in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Assist with internal HR events and initiatives that enhance employee engagement
  • Overall HR admin support

What you’ll bring

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
  • A passion for people, process and organization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfort working with digital tools
  • Fluency in French and English, Dutch is a plus
