Your responsibilities:
- Assisting and coordinating the entire intern recruitment process at Forvis Mazars Belgium.
- Screening candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews for potential interns across all Belgium offices.
- Supporting Junior-level recruitment across multiple service lines and contributing to broader Talent Acquisition activities.
- Proactively building candidate pipeline using LinkedIn recruiter.
- Assisting and following up on Campus Recruitment initiatives.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team in various HR-related tasks.
About you:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g., HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field).
- Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
