Mobility Program

International Mobility

Our unique international partnership is by nature collaborative and multicultural. Our diversity is a driver for value. To capitalise on our diversity, we need to know how to work together.

This is why international mobility is not a perk, but should be considered as a valuable development tool for staff, in addition to being of value for our organisation as a whole.

Three pathways to global experience

Choose the international opportunity that fits your career stage and goals.

MOVE Program

It gives employees with at least 2 years of experience the chance to gain an international experience on a specific project, lasting from 2 to 6 months.

Expatriation

A programme restricted to Managers or Seniors Managers who are assigned to a strategic project for the development of Forvis Mazars (missions from 3 to 5 years).

Transfer Programs

It involves signing a local contract between an employee and the host country. This can be arranged at any time during your career, from assistant level upwards.

MOVE Program

Forvis Mazars Opportunities for Valuable Exchange

The MOVE program offers employees with at least two years of professional experience the opportunity to gain international experience within the Forvis Mazars group and develop new skills through specific projects.

Expatriation

Flexible international collaboration

Secondments can be either short-term engagements, which involve helping each other by exchanging resources during busy periods, or medium-term engagements, which involve working on specific projects or with a particular client.

Transfer Programs

Make your permanent move

The transfer program offers you the opportunity to permanently settle in another country and work there. You sign a local contract in the host country. This opportunity can occur at any point in your career
