About this position
Your responsibilities:
As IT Support engineer you will be the link between our IT service desk and employees.
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and other IT equipment.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (e.g., account setup, access rights).
- Managing invoices received by the service desk
- Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.

About you:
- You have a basic IT background – a professional experience in the field is a plus
- You are passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
- You are flexible and not afraid to travel to our different offices in Belgium: Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Louvain-la-Neuve and Tournai
- You have a strong customer-service mindset and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
- You are organized and rigorous
- You are comfortable working in French & English. Dutch is a plus, not a must.
